Deanna was such a thorough and helpful realtor, and I appreciate all of the help and effort that she put into selling a condo for me. She went above and beyond making sure that everything was always taken care of and made sure to communicate everything that was going on each day with both myself and my ex husband. During a tough time, she was extremely helpful to us both and I am very grateful for her."

"I have been working with Deanna for the last 5 years trying to sell land and buy a house. She was always there to answer any questions that I had. A couple of times I asked her to put offers on houses that were 20 to 40 percent under the asking price, she did it without saying No, she did not say this is not possible or etc., she gave me her feedback, but she did what I asked If you are lucky enough to have her as your real estate agent I guarantee you she will be on your side and have your best interest in mind. Last year she sold my land on 36th st in Phoenix, the land right across it is still for sale at a lower price then we sold, I think it was her determination that sold my land. Call Deanna, you will be glad that you did."

"I was thinking about selling my home for sale by owner because I had tenants still in my house. I hired Deanna to be my listing agent and she was very considerate of the tenants’ needs and worked to find a cash buyer who closed quickly and without any issues. She even negotiated with the tenants and the buyer to come to a mutually beneficial resolution of their leases and everyone was happy in the end. I’m glad I hired her as my Realtor and would highly recommend her."
