"My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deanna this last year. We are from Washington state and always had a dream to find a condo that we could potentially rent in the Arizona area. I found Deanna online just prior to a family trip we had planned in March 2021. When we visited the area and Deanna was kind enough to show us many areas and options of possibilities. She droves us around for a couple of hours and really gave us a feel for what we liked and what we didnt like. When we went home and she stayed very much in touch with us, showing us listings via Facetime and giving us honest feedback as an expert in the area. She was always knowledgeable, helpful, speedy and kind. It wasn't long till we found our dream place. But in this market we had to be FAST! She jumped in action and we are able to successfully outbid 7 other people. The days that followed before escrow she worked so well with the other agent to get all the things we needed complete. Every transaction went smooth and she was our eyes on site to make sure repairs and such were completed on time. In May we flew down and got to see "in person" the condo that we trusted Deanna's judgement to - and it was AMAZING. It was everything we wanted and more. It takes a lot for someone to trust a stranger to basically find them a home to buy unseen. Deanna earned that trust and more. We hope to continue to have a working relationship with her for years to come and recommend her services to anyone."
