"Deanna Peters is an exceptional realtor! In today’s very competitive sellers’ market, her expertise and perseverance allowed for me to buy the house I had chosen; something many buyers are not able to do today. Among other things, not only was Deanna a pro at negotiating with the sellers in reaching a reduced price for the property (very rare in today’s market), but her insight and ability to operate at full speed allowed my getting a loan from a lender she recommended, as the one I had chosen was not proceeding in a timely manner, thus jeopardizing my purchase. A winner in her field! I very highly recommend Deanna; she’s remarkable!"

She has been our realtor for the Valley area, since 2017 and has been very helpful. She a very reliable person and can help you with a state to state move; and, she has been working with us on our Sarasota, Florida to Scottsdale, Arizona move since last year. She helped us find an apartment and since we weren’t in Arizona at the time, she went to the apartments and looked at them for us, reviewed the leasing agreements, and provided guidance along the way. This is so important to save the client time and money, not to mention stress. She was able to live stream the apartment tours so we knew what we were getting into....basically, she will do it all. Not to mention she’s a really nice person and easy to talk to... She’s on top of things and you really feel like you have a friend from 5 states away."
